Deprem Sonrası Betonarme Binalarda NDT Kalibrasyonu ve BIM Tabanlı Performans Malatya Vaka Çalışması

Abstract

6 Şubat 2023 Kahramanmaraş depremleri sonrasında Malatya’da orta hasar gören bir betonarme bina üzerinde tahribatsız test (NDT) çalışmaları yürütülmüştür. Bu kapsamda Windsor probu (WP) ve Schmidt çekici (SH) ile elde edilen veriler, karot basınç dayanımı (fc) sonuçlarıyla karşılaştırılarak kalibre edilmiştir. Analizler, WP yöntemi ile fc arasında güçlü bir ilişki (R² ≈ 0.80) bulunduğunu; SH’nin ise yüzey koşullarına duyarlılığı nedeniyle düşük güvenilirlik sergilediğini göstermiştir. SH ve WP verilerinin birlikte değerlendirildiği çoklu regresyon modeli daha yüksek açıklama gücüne ulaşmış (R² = 0.877, p < 0.05) ve literatürde önerilen kombine yaklaşımlarla uyumlu sonuçlar vermiştir. Kalibre edilen malzeme dayanım değerleri, mimari röleve ve yeniden çizilen projeler temel alınarak oluşturulan BIM tabanlı model ile Sta4CAD yazılımında kurulan yapısal analiz modeline entegre edilmiş; TBDY-2018 hükümleri doğrultusunda performans değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Bulgular, Eurocode-8’in TBDY-2018’e kıyasla daha yüksek deprem talepleri öngördüğünü ve bu farkların özellikle zayıf zemin koşullarında yapısal güvenlik açısından kritik olabileceğini ortaya koymuştur. Çalışma, deprem sonrası sınırlı karot imkânı (n = 20) bulunan saha koşullarında NDT yöntemlerinin pratik uygulanabilirliğine ilişkin bulgular sunmakta ve gelecekte Bayesian istatistiksel yöntemler ile yapay zekâ tabanlı modellerin (ANN, SVM, ANFIS) dayanım tahmini doğruluğunu artırma potansiyeline işaret etmektedir.

NDT Calibration and BIM-Based Performance of Post-Earthquake RC Buildings: A Case Study in Malatya, Turkey

Abstract

Following the February 6, 2023 Kahramanmaraş earthquakes, non-destructive testing (NDT) studies were conducted on a moderately damaged reinforced concrete (RC) building in Malatya. In this context, data obtained from the Windsor probe (WP) and Schmidt hammer (SH) tests were compared with core compressive strength (fc) results and calibrated. The analyses revealed a strong correlation between WP and fc (R² ≈ 0.80), while SH showed low reliability due to its sensitivity to surface conditions. When SH and WP data were combined, a multiple regression model achieved higher explanatory power (R² = 0.877, p < 0.05), producing results consistent with combined approaches reported in the literature. The calibrated material strength values were integrated into both the BIM-based model, created from architectural surveys and redrawn plans, and the structural analysis model built in Sta4CAD, where seismic performance was evaluated in accordance with TBDY-2018 provisions. The findings indicate that Eurocode-8 predicts higher seismic demands compared to TBDY-2018, a difference that is particularly critical for structural safety in weak soil conditions. This study provides evidence for the practical applicability of NDT methods under post-earthquake conditions with limited core samples (n = 20) and highlights the potential of applying Bayesian statistical approaches and artificial intelligence-based models (ANN, SVM, ANFIS) to improve the accuracy of concrete strength predictions in future research.
