Hayvanlarda Helicobacteriosis ve Karsinojenik Etkisi

Abstract

Helicobacter
pylori
kronik gastrit,
peptik ülser ve gastrik kanserin etiyolojisinde önemli rol oynayan, gram (-)
bir bakteridir. Bu patojen nedeniyle oluşan gastrik ülser köpek ve kedilerde
çoğunlukla subklinik seyrettiğinden, enfeksiyonun hayvanlar ve insanlar
arasındaki yayılımı hızlı ve sinsi olmaktadır. Hastalığın seyri sırasında, hastalıklı hayvanlarla temas sonucu etkenin
insanlara geçmesi ve hastalık oluşturabilmesinin yanı sıra, gastrik
karsinomların şekillenebilmesi de mümkün olmaktadır.
