Abstract
A gram-negative bacterium Escherichia coli is one of the most
common bacterial pathogen in poultry sector and it causes the disease called
colibacillosis. Poor breeding conditions are predisposing factors in the
development of the virus and stress disorder, and the most striking finding of
the disease is severe diarrhea. Mortality is 5-20% while morbidity varies in
colibacillosis. As a matter of fact, an important way to control E. coli infections, including
coliseptiseminin in poultry, is to thoroughly clean the poultry house at the
end of the production period and to use the all-in-one system entirely in
disinfection and broiler farming,

Abstract
Bir
gram-negative bakteri olan Escherichia
coli kanatlı sektöründe en sık karşılaşılan bakteriyel patojenlerden
biridir ve sebep olduğu hastalık kolibasiloz olarak adlandırılır. Kötü yetiştirme şartları, viruslar ve stres
hastalığın oluşmasında predispoze edici faktörler olup, hastalığın en dikkat
çeken bulgusu şiddetli ishal olgusudur.
Kolibasilozda morbidite değişkenlik gösterirken, mortalite %5-20'dir.
Aslında, kanatlılarda koliseptiseminin de içinde bulunduğu E. coli enfeksiyonlarını kontrol etmenin en önemli yolu; kanatlı
barınağının üretim dönemi sonunda iyice temizlenmesi ve dezenfeksiyonu ile
broiler çiftliğinde farklı yaştaki hayvanların barındırılmasından ziyade hepsi
içeri hepsi dışarı sisteminin kullanılmasıdır
