Abstract
In this study; it is determined that quantitative yield have obtained with sawing of
54 mm thickness lumbers live saw method of logs obtained from Scots pine (Pinus
sylvestris L.) that is commonly worked up and used a tree species in the lumber
industry in Turkey. The logs used in the experiments were harvested from Belgrad
Forest. Acording to the results, while log conicness and crookedness increases,
quantitative yield decreases in all diameter classes.
