Erken Evre Epitelyal Over Kanserinde Fertilite Koruyucu Cerrahi
Abstract
Kadınların çalışma hayatında daha aktif rol almasıyla çocuk doğurma yaşı ilerlemiş, dolayısıyla ilerleyen yaşla artma eğilimi gösteren over kanserlerinin henüz fertilitesini tamamlamış kadınlarda görülme ihtimali artmıştır. Primer tedavisi cerrahi olan over kanserinde overlerin alınmasıyla reproduktif dönemdeki hasta menopoza girmekte; bu da ruhsal ve fiziksel problemlere yol açmaktadır. Bu nedenle over kanserinde fertilite koruyucu yöntemler ön plana çıkmaya başlamıştır. Derlememizde erken evre epitelyal over kanserindeki fertilite koruyucu yaklaşımları güncel literatür eşliğinde sunmayı amaçladık.
