Abstract

Bu makale örgütsel adalet, iletişim ve prosedürel bilginin kavramsal bir analiziyle birlikte tutumsal ve davranışsal adalet kavramlarının genel özelliklerini ele almaktadır. Makalenin amacı örgüt içi iletişim ve prosedürel bilgilendirmenin işgörenlerin adalet algılamalarındaki önemini vurgulamak ve bunlar arasındaki ilişkiyi tekstil işletmelerinde yapılan uygulamalı bir araştırmayla desteklemektir

Abstract

This paper reports on a conceptual analysis of organizational justice, communication and procedural knowledge with general characteristics of attitudional and behavioral justice. The objective of this paper is to emphasize the important role of organizational communication and procedural knowledge on organizational justice perceptions of employees and demonstrate that relation or role by an applied research in textile firms
