Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi ile Fabrika İmalat Performansının Ölçümü

Abstract

İmalat sistemlerinin rekabetçiliğini artırmada performans ölçüm sistemleri kritik rol oynamaktadır. Bu nedenle imalatçılar, mevcut durumlarını analiz etmek, iyileştirilebilir ve geliştirilebilir alanları belirlemek için çeşitli yöntemlerle performans ölçümleri yapmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, cam endüstrisindeki bir fabrikanın imalat performansını ölçen bir model önerilmiştir. Modelde kullanılan performans boyut ve göstergelerinin katsayıları Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (BAHP) yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. Önerilen model ile fabrikanın altı aylık imalat performansı ölçülmüş, performans ölçüm sonuçları karşılaştırılmıştır

The Measurement of Plant Manufacturing Performance with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract

The performance measurement system plays a critical role in achieving the competitiveness of manufacturing systems. For that reason the manufacturers are conducting performance measurements via several methods in order to analyze their current situations and determine recoverable and improvable fields. In present study, a model which can measure manufacturing performance of a plant in glass industry has been proposed. The coefficients of the performance dimensions and indicators used in this model have been detected via Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process method. The six-month manufacturing performance of the plant has been measured via proposed method; performance measurement results have been compared
