Abstract

Anterior tooth missing causes functional and phonation problems. In order to overcome these problems, beside conventional fixed partial denture, implant supported crowns that does not harm the neighbor tooth or adhesive bridge restorations which is a minimal invasive treatments are other treatment methods. Mandibular anterior single tooth loss has been restored by Maryland Bridge in a conservative way of using full contour zirconia ceramic system with high mechanical and aesthetical properties in present study. The purpose of this study is to evaluate adhesive Maryland bridge restorations in terms of aesthetic and functional by using full contour ceramic system eliminating grey reflection and opaque appearance of metal supported adhesive bridges with minimum preperations on abutment teeth for the patients who have anterior single teeth loss

Adeziv maryland köprü restorasyonunda Y-TZP tam kontür zirkonya seramik sisteminin kullanılması: Klinik vaka raporu

Abstract

Anterior diş eksikliği estetik, fonksiyonel kayıpların yanında fonasyon sorunlarına da neden olmaktadır. Bu problemlerin üstesinden gelebilmek için konvansiyonel sabit bölümlü protezlerin yanı sıra komşu diş yapısına zarar vermeyecek implant destekli sabit kron veya minimal invaziv bir tedavi olan adeziv köprü restorasyonları tedavi seçenekleri arasındadır. Bu çalışmada mandibular anterior tek diş eksikliği, yüksek mekanik ve estetik özelliklere sahip olan tam kontür zirkonya seramik sistemi ile konservatif bir şekilde adeziv Maryland köprü ile restore edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, anterior tek diş eksikliğine sahip hastada dayanak dişlerde minimum preparasyon ile metal destekli adeziv köprülerdeki gri yansıma ve opak görünümü elimine edecek tam kontür zirkonya seramik sistemi ile yapılan adeziv Maryland köprü restorasyonunun estetik ve fonksiyonel olarak değerlendirilmesidir.
