Abstract

Birleşmiş Milletler Teşkilatı, son yirmi yıllık retoriği bir kenara bırakırsak, kuruluşundan bu yana belli başlı ülkelerin milli menfaatlerini korumak ve karşılıklı çelişen menfaatleri hususunda ortak bir payda da çatışmaları engellemek amacıyla kurulmuştur. Bunun sonucu olarak da, kolektif güvenlik sisteminin işleyişi, uluslararası barış ve güvenliğin tesisi ve korunmasında tek ve tam yetkili Güvenlik Konseyi’nin daimi ve veto yetkili beş üye ülkeye bağımlılığı neticesi, kuruluşundan bugüne işlemez durumdadır

What Does The Collective Security System As An Utopia or United Nations Do?

Abstract

The United Nations, aside from the rhetoric of the last twenty years, which has been established in order to prevent conflicts in the perspective of the collective security, has been served to protect the national interests of major countries. As a result of the right to veto, the dependency of the Security Council to the five permanent members, the collective security system is not work since its foundation.
