Mikro Frezeleme Tezgahının Tasarımı ve Kısımları

Abstract

Teknolojinin hızla gelişmesiyle birlikte minyatür parçalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu ihtiyaç duyulan minyatür parçalara özellikle elektro optik, otomotiv, bioteknoloji, havacılık, minyatür robotlarda ve  bilgi teknolojileri endüstrisinde ihtiyac her geçen gün hızla artmaktadır. Mikro işleme tezgahındaki işlenen parçalar makro işleme tezgahındaki işlenen parçalara göre daha yüksek hassasiyet istemektedir. Yukarıdaki bahsedilen endüstri kolları her geçen gün daha hassas parçalara ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Ülkemizde mikro işleme yeni bir konu olduğu için pek fazla çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bu yüzden bu çalışmada mikro frezeleme tezgahının kısımları ve ucuz maliyetlerle mikro frezelemenin tasarımı sunulmuştur.
