Hafif Metallerde Minimum Miktarda Yağlama (MQL) Sisteminin Kullanımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, hafif yapı metallerinde minimum
miktarda yağlama (MMY) sistemi altındaki işlenebilirliği ile ilgili çalışmalar
araştırılmıştır. Hafif metal ve alaşımlarının, işlenebilirliği son derece zor
ve maliyetli malzemelerdir. Yapılan çalışmanın temel amacı, bu alanda yapılacak
bilimsel çalışmalara katkı yapmak ve aynı zamanda hafif metaller ve
alaşımlarının işlenmesi sırasında doğru kesici takım, işleme operasyonu ve
kesme parametrelerinin seçimine yardımcı olmaktır. Çalışmanın bir diğer amacı
ise MMY sisteminin otomotiv, havacılık ve uzay sanayiinde kullanımının
stratejik önemi olan hafif metallerin ve alaşımlarının işlenebilirliğine
etkilerini incelemektir. Bütün bu amaçlara ulaşmak için dünyada ve Türkiye’de
hafif ve metaller ve alaşımlarının MMY sistemi ile işlendiği çalışmalar
incelenmiş ve sonuçlarına ait bilgiler verilmiştir.
