Abstract
Basınç yaralarının önlenmesi ve sağaltımı hemşirelik ilgi alanına girmektedir. Basınç yarası gellşebilecek hastaların önceden tanılanması ve koruyucu bakıma almması, hasta ve hastane açısından istenmeyen bu sorunun önlenmesini sağlayacaktır. Bu doğrultuda, aşağıdaki makalade yara gelişme riski olan hastaların tanılanması amacına yönelik olarak geliştirilen değişik risk hesaplama skalalar incelenmiştir
Abstract
Prevention and treatment of pressure sores are significant nur-sing concerns. Identification of the patients at risk for the pressure sore formation and giving them preventive care will be helpful in the prevention of this unwanted problem for the patient and the hospital. In this article, different kind of risk scales were developed for the assessment of patients at-risk have been reviewed.
