A Condition That Poses Diagnostic Challenges in The Emergency Department is The Presentation of Chest Pain Among Healthcare Professionals

Abstract

In emergency departments, ischemic cardiac diseases are among the most challenging pathologies to diagnose. The initial evaluation of ischemic cardiac diseases relies heavily on the patient's history and the characteristics of chest pain. However, diagnosing ischemic cardiac disease becomes even more complex for emergency physicians when healthcare professionals have a thorough understanding and detailed description of chest pain types. This letter to the editor aims to shed light on these challenges encountered in clinical practice.
