KIRIK SONRASI BAKIM VE REHABİLİTASYONU

Abstract

Kırık sonrası engellilik önemli toplum sorunlarından biridir. Özellikle yaşlılarda kırık sonrası gelişen komplikasyonlar önemli morbidite ve mortalite nedenlerindendir. İleri yaşlarda ve menopoz sonrası kadınlarda görülen osteoporoz ve osteoporoz ilişkili kırıklar daha sık karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Rehabilitasyon programlarında, hasta eğitimi, çevresel düzenlemeler, yardımcı cihazlar, adaptif donanımlar ve enerji koruma teknikleri gibi bileşenler yer almalıdır. Hastanın işlevselliğini ve yaşam kalitesini iyileştirmek için rehabilitasyonda multidisipliner yaklaşımlar vurgulanmaktadır.
