HEPATİT-A SONRASI GELİŞEN HEMOLİTİK ANEMİ: OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract

Hepatit A, toplumda yaygın görülen, önemli morbidite ve ileri yaşlarda mortalite nedeni olabilen bir hastalıktır. Akut viral hepatit A enfeksiyonu, karaciğerin nekroinflamatuar yanıtı ile karakterize olup, klinik tablo asemptomatik formdan fulminan enfeksiyona kadar değişir. Ürtiker, akut böbrek yetmezliği, nefrotik sendrom, meningoensefalit, taşsız kolesistit, hematolojik ve kardiovasküler komplikasyonlar Akut hepatit A enfeksiyonuna eşlik edebilir. Bu makalede hepatit A enfeksiyonu sonrasında immün olmayan hemolitik anemi gelişen bir çocuk hasta sunuldu.
