Abstract

This research aims to review the lives of young adults in different countries that make up the Turkic World, in the context of the literature on their psychological states and educational experiences. Young adulthood can be considered as an important developmental period in determining the future of the country. Therefore, it becomes important to understand the lives of individuals in this period. In addition, the selection of Istanbul as the youth capital of the Turkic world in 2023 brings to mind the importance of young people for the Turkic World and suggests that understanding their lives will make it more meaningful. Considering that the psychological states and educational experiences of individuals during young adulthood are two basic elements that will shape their future, the relevant literature is evaluated from different positive and negative perspectives. In this respect, the research is presented as a compilation study. As a result of the study, it is noteworthy that young adults who experience different difficulties in education, even if they are in different countries, have difficulties in coping. However, it is seen that different studies and platforms offer different opportunities to gather the young adults of the Turkic World under one roof and make them stronger. In this context, in order to understand young adults better and create a stronger generation under the umbrella of the Turkic world, it is recommended to strengthen the inadequacies in the education system, increase coping skills against situations that may be encountered in social life, and plan preventive and remedial studies against the psychological difficulties that may be experienced. In addition, young people can benefit from these opportunities by increasing information about the activities and platforms that bring together the youth of the Turkic World.

Abstract

Ethical Statement
