In this study, the effect of transport process on the cortisol and glucose levels in rainbow trout blood plasma has been investigated. For this purpose, 40 fishes which has average weight of 40.5±0.5 g and average length of 15.6±0.13 cm have been transported from a commercial fish farm to the Keban water produces production plant of DSİ. After the transportation process, at the 0, 12, 24 hours, blood samples were collected and analyzed. All results were statistically copared with control group. It is observed that cortisol levels of the blood samples taken from fishes after immediately from transport process are significantly higher (p<0,01) than the other groups. And, it is determined that cortisol levels reached to basal level of the control group after the 24 hours. Additionally, it is concluded that glucose levels of the blood samples taken from fishes after immediately from transport process are significantly higher (p<0,05) than the other groups
