Abstract

Geleceğimizi emanet ettiğimiz öğretmenlik kutsal bir meslektir. Bu sebeple onları mükemmel yetiştirmeliyiz. Öğretmen hem alanında ve hemde formasyonda iyi olmak zorundadır. Son 200 yıldır öğretmen yetiştirmeye özel önem vermekteyiz. Ancak hem Osmanlı ve hem de Cumhuriyet dönemlerinde o kadar çok sistem değiştirilmiş ki eğitimde standart yakalanamamıştır. Bu günde sistem kargaşası hala devam etmekte ve bütün eğitim kurumları etkilenmektedir. Sorunları kökten çözmek yerine günü birlik tedbirlerle geçiştirildiği için de ilk öğretimden başlayarak üniversitelere kadar eğitimin bütün alanlarında sorunlar yaşanmaktadır. MEB yeni sistem getirmişken YÖK’da buna uygun olarak Fen- Edebiyat ve Eğitim Fakültelerini bu yeni sisteme uygun hale getirmelidir

Faculties of Arts and Sciences and the Formation Program (Teacher Training)

Abstract

The profession of teaching which we entrust our future is a holy job therefore we
must educate our students perfect. The teacher has to be good both his branch and his
formation.we have given special important to educate the teachers last 200 years.In
ottoman period and Turkish republic period, the education system has been changed
many times so we cannot have a standard of it. Today, these confliction has gone on
in Enstitutions of teaching, so they have been effected by the situation. As The precations are daily solution, All Enstitutions of teaching from primary school to university
have all the same problems.While ministry of education has practise new system, Yök must rearrage the faculty of art and science, Education faculty as the new system and (YÖK’).
