Nesnelerin İnterneti ve Pediatrik Bakımdaki Önemi

Öz

Günümüzde Nesnelerin interneti (IoT) teknolojisi, pediatrik bakımın dönüşümünde önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. IoT, çocuk hastaların sağlık izlemesi, teşhisi ve tedavisi için önemli fırsatlar sunmaktadır. Bu teknoloji, minyatür sensörler, taşınabilir cihazlar ve veri analitiği aracılığıyla çocukların sağlık durumunu gerçek zamanlı olarak izlemeyi ve değerlendirmeyi mümkün kılarak erken tanı ve müdahaleye yardımcı olmaktadır. Ayrıca, kronik hastalıkları olan çocuklar için uzaktan izleme ve yönetim imkanları sunmaktadır. Ancak, IoT'nin pediatrik bakımda kullanımı bazı zorlukları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Özellikle veri gizliliği ve güvenliği konularında endişeler bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma, IoT'nin pediatrik bakıma getirdiği avantajlar ve zorlukları ele almaktadır ve gelecekteki potansiyel uygulama alanlarını vurgulamaktadır. IoT, çocuk sağlığı alanında önemli bir rol oynayabilir, ancak bu rolün etkili ve güvenli bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi için dikkatli bir tasarım gerekmektedir.

THE INTERNET OF THINGS AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN PEDIATRIC CARE: A REVIEW

Abstract

In today's world, the Internet of Things (IoT) technology plays a crucial role in transforming pediatric care. IoT offers significant opportunities for monitoring, diagnosing, and treating pediatric patients. By utilizing miniature sensors, portable devices, and data analytics, IoT enables real-time monitoring and assessment of children's health conditions, facilitating early diagnosis and intervention. Additionally, it provides remote monitoring and management capabilities for children with chronic illnesses. However, the use of IoT in pediatric care also presents certain challenges, particularly regarding data privacy and security concerns. This study explores the advantages and challenges of IoT in pediatric care and highlights potential future applications. While IoT can play a pivotal role in the field of child health, its effective and secure implementation requires careful design considerations.
