İş Yerinde Siber Zorbalık Davranışları Envanteri: Eğitim Örgütleri için Uyarlama Çalışması

Abstract
İş yeri zorbalık davranışları, kendilerini
kolayca savunamayan bir veya daha fazla kişiye karşı belirli bir süre boyunca
tekrarlanan olumsuz davranışlardır. Bu zorbalık türünün bilgi ve iletişim
teknolojileri aracılığı ile yapılması da iş yeri siber zorbalığı olarak tanımlanmaktadır.
Bilişim teknolojilerinin gelişimi ve yaygınlaşması ile gün geçtikçe daha fazla
artan bu zorbalık türünün çalışanlar tarafından ne düzeyde yaşandığının ölçülmesini
sağlayacak genel kabul görmüş bir ölçme aracına ihtiyaç olduğu düşünülmektedir.
Bu nedenle mevcut çalışmada İş Yerinde Siber Zorbalık Davranışları Envanteri’nin
eğitim örgütleri bağlamında Türk dili ve kültürüne uyarlama çalışmanın yapılması
amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ilk olarak ölçeğin dil denkliği
sağlanmıştır. Daha sonra ölçek 208 öğretmenden oluşan bir örnekleme uygulanmış
ve toplanan veriler yardımıyla geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları yapılmıştır.
Yapılan analizler sonucunda on maddeli üç faktörlü yapısı doğrulanan ölçeğin geçerli
ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olarak kullanılabileceği ortaya çıkmıştır.
