Abstract

The concept of Justice in Turkey to be absorbed by students starting from preschool to provide top level training which lasted until chain is a judge. The primary and middle schools students this scientific justice and equality will teach core subjects the concepts of Social Bilgilerdir. Taking advantage of the various disciplines within the social sciences, offers very different information and values to students. If the justice training at secondary education level, history, geography, philosophy, except for such disciplines, training for Justice Area and is in need of elements of that space was opened to cultivate is provided by Vocational Justice. The aim of this study is to evaluate the justice Vocational and educational programs, Liselerini. Justice vocational high schools, students, and alumni in the upbringing of employment was determined to confront serious problems. In the study, the main causes of these problems is the lack of teachers and teaching programs are evaluated. In this regard, Justice Vocational high schools, vocational teachers assigned to educational programs, primarily being equipped with the goal to recapture all the items taken was concluded to be useful.

SOSYAL BİLİMLER BAĞLAMINDA TÜRKİYE'DE ADALET MESLEK LİSELERİNİN VE ÖĞRETİM PROGRAMLARININ DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Türkiye'de Adalet kavramının öğrenciler tarafından özümsenmesini sağlamak için, okul öncesi dönemden başlayıp en üst kademeye kadar süren bir eğitim zinciri hâkimdir. Bu eğitim içeresinde ilkokul ve ortaokullardaki öğrencilere Adalet ve Eşitlik kavramlarını öğretecek temel ders Sosyal Bilgilerdir. Bu derste, Sosyal Bilimler içerisindeki çeşitli disiplinlerden yararlanarak, öğrencilere çok farklı bilgi ve değerler sunulmaktadır. Ortaöğretim düzeyinde adalet eğitimi ise; tarih, felsefe gibi disiplinlerin haricinde, Adalet Alanına yönelik eğitim vermek ve bu alanının ihtiyacı olan elemanları yetiştirmek için açılmış olan Adalet Meslek Liseleri tarafından sağlanır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Adalet Meslek Liselerini ve öğretim programlarını değerlendirmektir. Literatür taraması ve döküman analizi metoduyla yürütülen çalışmada, Adalet Meslek Liselerinin, öğrencilerin yetiştirilmesinde ve mezunların istihdamı olmak üzere ciddi sorunlarla karşı karşıya olduğu belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada, bu sorunların temel nedenlerinin öğretmen eksikliği ve öğretim programları olduğu değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bakımdan Adalet Meslek Liselerine atanan meslek öğretmenlerinin donanımlı olmasının ve öğretim programlarının, başta amaç olmak üzere tüm öğeleriyle yeniden ele alınmasının yararlı olacağı kanaatine varılmıştır.
