Adrenal cysts are rare lesions thatusually progress asymptomatically. They are often determined post-mortem. Ourcase was a 50-year old-male who had presented to our clinic with upper rightquadrant pain. The computed tomography demonstrated a cystic mass in the adrenalgland. No abnormalities were determined in the laboratory tests. According tothe histopathological and immunohistochemical examination, the cyst wasevaluated as a mixed-type adrenal cyst, the wall of which was covered withendothelium, mesothelium and cubic epithelium. We believed that the case wasworth presenting, since it was the first diagnosed mixed-type adrenal cyst inthe literature.
