New Article Submison
The article can be withdrawn at this stage if desired.
Editors and field editors are assigned to the articles.


Editorial Process
The preliminary evaluation of the first article submitted to the journal is carried out at this stage.
The spelling rules, subject and content of the article are evaluated for suitability to the journal.
The plagiarism report uploaded by the authors is examined. The maximum similarity rate should not be more than 20%.
Articles that are not suitable for the journal in terms of subject and content are “NOT ACCEPTED”
If the writing rules are not suitable for the journal, the author is asked for a “RE-SUBMISSION.”


Referee Process
After the first review, the chief editor sends the relevant publication to the field editors and receives the opinion of the field editors.
If the Field Editor has a negative opinion, the article is "REJECTED"
After receiving “positive” opinion of the field editors, the chief editor selects 2 referees for the evaluation of the publication and sends the publication to them for review. The Referee evaluation is made on the basis of double blind peer review.
The articles that both referees give a positive report are submitted for publication decision. (Even if there is a positive report from 2 referees, the decision to publish the articles belongs to the Editorial Board)
If the editor deems necessary, a third referee may be assigned to an article with a negative report by one of the referees.
Revisions received from the referees are forwarded to the relevant authors.
If the referees do not find the revisions appropriate, the article is “REJECTED”
If the referees find the revisions appropriate, the article is "ACCEPTED"


Author Process
If the authors cannot complete the revision, the article is “REJECTED”
After the author completes the appropriate revisions, the article is taken into the publication process.


Publication Process
After typesetting, the article is sent to the author for final check.
The Language Editor reviews the articles and ensures that the necessary corrections are made by contacting the author regarding the deficiencies / errors.


Layout Process
Cover pages are prepared.
Headers and footers of the articles are organised.
Final checks of the typesetting are made and the journal is prepared for publication.
The journal is published.
