Avrupa Bölgesi için Kaza-Kırım Raporlarının İncelenmesi

Abstract

Günümüzde hızla gelişen teknoloji ile birlikte, birçok alanda insan yaşamını kolaylaştıracak yenilikler süregelmektedir. Özellikle ulaşım alanında, havacılık sektörü bu gelişmelerle birlikte kısa sürede dünya genelinde çok fazla sayıda yolcu taşıma kapasitesine ulaşmıştır. Tabi ki bu gelişmeler ve yenilikler birtakım olumsuzlukların tamamen ortadan kalkması için yeterli olmamaktadır. Bu çalışmada havacılık sektöründe yaşanan kaza ve uçuşu engelleyici olaylar (kaza-kırım), Avrupa Birliği’ne üye ülkeler (28 ülke) ve aday ülkeler (5 ülke) için 2005-2014 yılları arasında (10 yıllık bir periyot dahilinde) detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Aviation Safety Network sitesinden elde edilen bilgiler dahilinde yapılan bu incelemede, kaza-kırımların genellikle pilotaj hataları, teknik sorunlar, kule iletişim sorunları ve meteoroloji gibi konu başlıkları altında sınıflandırılabileceği görülmüştür. Bu hususta çalışmanın devamında Avrupa bölgesi için bu periyotta meydana gelen kaza-kırımlar istatistiki olarak ayrıntılı bir şekilde değerlendirilmiştir. İncelenen 193 vakada kaza-kırım sebep faktörlerinin yüzdesi; teknik % 40, pilotaj % 31, meteoroloji % 15, yangın % 6, yolcu kaynaklı % 4, kule % 2 ve diğer sebepler % 2 olarak bulunmuştur. Ayrıca 10 yıllık periyotta toplamda 527 kişi hayatını kaybetmiştir.

Investigation of Accident Incident In-Flight Reports for The European Region

Abstract

Together with the fast evolving technology, innovation in many areas to facilitate human life is ongoing. Especially in the field of transportation, aviation sector has reached a large number of passenger-carrying capacity with these developments throughout the world in a short time. Of course, these developments and innovations are not sufficient to completely disappearance of some negativity. In this study, aviation accidents and flight blocker events (incident in-flight) were examined in detail for The European Union member countries (28 countries) and the candidate countries (5 countries) to between the years 2005 to 2014 (within a 10 year period). In this examination on the information obtained from the site of Aviation Safety Network, aviation accidents and flight blocker events can be classified under headings such as pilot errors, technical problems, communication problems with tower and pilot and meteorology. In this regard, within this period for the European region in further study, accidents and flight broker events evaluated. The percentage of accidents and flight broker event factors for 193 cases was found; technical problems 40 %, pilot errors 31 %, meteorology 15 %, fire 6 %, passengers originating 4 %, communication problems with tower 2 %, other reasons 2 %. In addition, 527 people lost their lives in this 10-year period.
