With the development of technology in the world, the need for energy is gradually increasing. Solar energy comes to the forefront in energy production in terms of being renewable and minimizing environmental threats. Ambient conditions are of great importance when installing the solar energy system. The aim of this study is to determine the optimum angles of the panels, with the help of the transposition factor, to be able to generate energy at the maximum capacity of the solar panels to be installed. In previous literature studies in determining the optimum angle, transposition factors obtained with the help of the Perez transposition model, which seem to give results closer to reality, were used. When the transposition factors obtained are taken into account, the optimum angle value was obtained as 31°. Using PVSyst program, the production values were compared according to the angles and it was determined that the difference in the amount of energy produced at the 30° panel slope angle compared to the 31° panel slope angle was not significant. Finally, in order to reduce the production cost, it was decided that the panels to be placed can be placed at an angle of 30°.
