Eurasian Journal of Teacher Education (EJTE) aims to publish qualified research on teacher education. The journal is specific only in terms of accepting manuscripts on teacher education, and the articles published in the journal are aimed to contribute to teachers, prospective teachers and those who want to conduct scientific studies in this field. The journal includes articles on all areas of teacher training, so the journal is expected to appeal to readers in all areas.
Eurasian Journal of Teacher Education (EJTE) includes studies to be conducted with teachers and prospective teachers related to teacher training. Studies can be sent to the journal in the following areas:

Submitted articles to the Eurasian Journal of Teacher Education (EJTE) should be uploaded to the system anonymously. They should prepare their studies in the form of "Introduction", "Method", "Findings (Findings and Discussion)" and "Conclusion (Conclusion and Discussion)".
The title of the submitted work should be written in a way that expresses the work, avoiding unnecessary expressions. Expressions expressing the method used in the study can be included. The Turkish title of the works should not exceed 18 words and the English title should not exceed 21 words.
Authors should refrain from introductory information about themselves in the article text. The author should give information on the purpose and importance of the study in the introduction. The author should establish the theoretical framework and make literature review. Research problems for qualitative research; research questions or hypotheses for quantitative research must be given. In the method section, it should be explained in detail how the study was done and the ethical rules were followed. In the findings section, only the findings obtained in the study should be presented. In the conclusion and discussion section, the results obtained in the study should be summarized, the previous studies and the findings of the current study should be discussed within themselves. In the Conclusion and Discussion section, "Implementations" should be considered and evaluated together with the limitations of the study. It is also recommended that the contribution of the study to the literature and practitioners is given under a separate title.
The journal has adopted the APA 7 writing rules. Articles to be sent to the journal must be in A4 format, Cambria Math font with 11 Punto. Articles should be prepared in a single line and as justified. The studies should be at least 4000 and at most 18000 words. Authors can access the article template from the Template File section. Authors should upload their articles to the "title page"on the system. Copyright Transfer Agreement Form must be filled in, signed and uploaded for each work sent to our journal.
The following rules should be taken into account when formatting the article.
1. Authors' names and information should not be included when the study is uploaded to the system. The formal features of the studies are presented below:
- Page layout: A4 page size
- Margins: 2.5cm from all sides
- Line spacing: Single line should be written
- December: 0nk first; Then 6nk
- Font: Cambria Math
2. Titles: The main title of the article should be 14 points, bold, centered, the first letters of all words should be capital and maximum 18 words. First level titles should be unnumbered, 12 point, bold, first letters of all words should be capital and centered. Second level titles should be written in 11 font size, bold, first letters of all words capital and left justified. Third level titles should be written in 11 font left justified, the first letter of all words should be capitalized, italic and bold to the left. The fourth heads should start with a 1cm indentation. A point should be placed after the title and the text should be written next to the title. The first letters of all words in the title should be written in capitals, 11 font size and bold. The fifth level title should start with a 1cm indentation. A point should be placed after the title and the text should be written next to the title. The first letters of all words in the title should be written in capitals, 11 font, bold and italic.
3. Author names: 11 points, centered, only the first letters of the author's name and surname should be given in capital letters. Institutional information, countries and ORCID numbers are provided on the bottom line of the author information by enumerating after each of the authors. Only the email address of the responsible author is indicated.
4. The summary of the study should be in the range of 100-200 words. In the summaries of the studies, the purpose of the article, the method used, the important results and the contribution of these results to the field should be briefly explained. References should not be cited in the abstract and unnecessary details should be avoided. Articles should include Turkish and English abstracts. "Abstract" and "Abstract" should be presented first in the articles. There should be no indent at the beginning of the paragraph in the abstract. Key words should be written between 3-6 words after the summary. The first page of the article should include the title in English and "Abstract", on the second page the title in Turkish and the "Summary" section.
5. The text of the article should be written in 11 font size and the files should be prepared in Microsoft Word 2010 or higher version and the file format should be .docx.
6. There should be an extended summary in the works submitted to the journal (can be added after the article evaluation). The extended abstract should be in the range of 700-1000 words. While preparing a broad summary, there should be no indent in the first paragraph, and 1cm paragraph indentation in the next paragraphs. In the extended summary, the title should be used. In these titles, information about introduction, method, findings and result should be presented.
7. When preparing the tables, the table number should be left justified and bold. A dot must be placed after the table number and the table name must start from the bottom line. There should be no space between the table number and the table title. Table title should be written in 11 font size. Only the first letter in the table name must be uppercase. Table name should be left justified and italicized. Vertical lines should not be used in the table. The articles in the table should be 10 points. After the table, the paragraph describing the table should be indented 1cm.
8. While preparing the figures, the figure number should be left justified and bold. A dot must be placed after the figure number and the figure name must start from the bottom line. There should be no space between the figure number and the title of the figure. Figure title should be written in 11 font size. Only the first letter in the figure name must be uppercase. Figure name should be left justified and italicized. The paragraph describing the figure should be within the 1cm indent and in the range of 6nk.
References Editing Rules
1. Studies should be given in reference to APA 7 (American Psychological Association) standards.
2. Do not define symbols or abbreviations that represent statistics (e.g., M, SD, F, t, df, p, N, n, OR, r) or any abbreviations or symbols composed of Greek letters (e.g., α, β, χ2). However, define the other abbreviations (e.g., AIC, ANOVA, BIC, CFA, CI, NFI, RMSEA, SEM) when they are used anywhere in your paper.
3. The sources used in the article and in the bibliography should be listed according to the "Author's Surname". The references should be prepared as 11 font size justified. There should be 6nk space between sources. Single line spacing is written in the bibliography and 1 cm indentation is left in the lines after the first line.

Eurasian Journal of Teachers Education (EJTE) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the ethical principles and rules below to publish qualified scientific articles in the "Teacher Education" field. One of EJTE's main goals is to increase the quality of published studies. In this context, the main criterion in publication ethics to be considered in a published article in our journal is (Committee on Publication Ethics [COPE]). Submitted papers for EJTE are evaluated by a double-blind peer-review process and are published electronically with free access. After printing each issue, the journal publishes a list of reviewers. This list includes reviewers of the articles published in that issue and those who evaluated the rejected articles after evaluation. Below are the ethical responsibilities, roles, and duties of the authors, journal editor, reviewers, and publisher. Also, EJTE information is provided on situations considered plagiarism and unethical behavior.
Articles sent to EJTE must be original studies in the field of education and must not have been published elsewhere or submitted for publication. However, the Copyright Transfer Form must be filled and submitted. Authors should cite correctly and appropriately for all sources (authors, online pages, personal interviews, etc.) they use in their articles. Authors, while uploading the articles to the system, should be deleted all information about the authors. Those who have a common interest should notify the editors. If the author(s) requests information or raw data during the evaluation process, they should submit the expected information to the Editors. Authors are obliged to keep the data of a published article for five years. When authors detect an error in their work, they should inform the editor and the editorial board and cooperate in the correction or withdrawal process.
All articles sent to EJTE present a statement of compliance with "Research and Publication Ethics" that should include in the method section. Authors give information about ethical permission (name of the board, date, and number) should be included in the method section and on the article's first page. It is not expected that the "documents and information requested for studies requiring ethics committee approval " will be applied to studies that have been submitted in the past, are in the process of evaluation, or have been accepted. It will be mandatory for publications whose process begins in 2020. Studies that do not provide these items will be returned to their authors.
EJTE has used a double-blind refereeing system. Double-blind refereeing means keeping the authors confidential from the referees and the referees from the authors to ensure an impartial, objective, and independent evaluation process. For this reason, referees should not include self-descriptive statements in the studies they evaluate. In our journal, the referees cannot see the authors and cannot directly communicate with them, authors. Reviews and comments are displayed through the journal management system (field editor). The reviewers must fill out a form that includes the contribution of the article they evaluated to the area of Education, their decisions about whether the paper is publishable, and the reasons for these decisions. The journal will use the names and e-mail addresses on the EJTE site for the stated purposes of this journal. It will not use for other purposes or any other part. Eurasian Journal of Teachers Articles sent to Education are scanned in the Turnitin program. Studies with a similarity ratio below 20% are evaluated, and studies with a high similarity ratio are returned to their authors.
Eurasian Journal of Teachers In case of a behavior that does not comply with the ethical principles regarding the editors, referees, and authors in Education, or an unethical situation regarding an article in the evaluation process, early view or published, it should be reported to eurasiajte@gmail.com.
The editor first reviews the submitted in EJTE. Then, suppose the study is approved by the editorial group (method editor, field editor, and the pre-control team that examines it in terms of formality) and the editorial board. In that case, it is sent to two referees who are experts in the relevant publication by the field editor. If both referees give a positive opinion and the editorial board provides a positive opinion, the article is published in the number determined by the editor and the editorial board. If a referee gives a negative thought, the study is sent to a third referee who is an expert in the subject area. If the third reviewer's opinion is positive, a decision is made about the study's publication, considering the reviewers' views. If the third reviewer's opinion is negative, the study is rejected. Studies in which both reviewers make adverse decisions are rejected.
EJTE, open access, has adopted the provisioning policy. Open access accelerates the dissemination of information and has beneficial consequences for humanity. In this context, the journal provides universal open access to scientific content related to the content it has inherited from the authors and published. To contribute to its support and development, on the condition that it is shown as a source in known standards and the content is protected. No fee is charged from the authors for the evaluation or publication of the studies submitted to the journal. The journal grants the authors the right to withdraw their article at the pre-control stage. For the pieces to be removed during the Evaluation and Editing phase, the author must notify the withdrawal request and reason through the correspondence page with the editor. Suppose situations such as manipulating, distorting, and using fabricated data are detected, which would like to withdraw the article because it was accepted by simultaneously sending the same article to another journal. In that case, this situation will report to the institution where the article author works, and the paper will be rejected.
No fee is charged from the authors for the evaluation or publication of the studies submitted to the journal. The articles published in our journal are published electronically with free access.
