Author Guidelines

Attention to Authors of New or Ongoing Submissions!
Due to the update of the TR Index 2020 Evaluation Criteria, it has been decided to remind authors of several critical points.

These guidelines apply to all studies currently in progress, as well as those whose evaluation process has been completed.

  1.  Ethics Committee Approval: For research in all disciplines, including social sciences, and for clinical or experimental studies involving humans or animals that require an ethics committee decision, separate ethics committee approval must be obtained. This approval must be stated and documented within the article.
  2. Ethics Statement: Articles must include a statement confirming compliance with Research and Publication Ethics.
  3. Required Information: In studies requiring ethics committee permission, details regarding the permission (name of the committee, date, and number) must be included in the Methods section and on the first or last page of the article. For case reports, information regarding the signing of an informed consent form must be included.

       4. Copyright: Regulations regarding copyright for used intellectual and artistic works must be strictly followed.

      5.   Formatting: The journal’s writing rules must be detailed, and articles must strictly adhere to this format (e.g., tables, figures, headings, subheadings, abstracts, and reference styles).

      6. Declarations: At the end of the article, authors must provide a Statement of Contribution Rate, a Statement of Support and Acknowledgment (if applicable), and a Conflict of Interest Statement.

      7. Plagiarism Report: A similarity report must be uploaded by the author. Excluding the bibliography, this ratio must be below 20%.
