Bulanik Kümelendirme ve K-Means Kümelendirme Yöntemleri ile Makine ve Parça Hücrelerinin Olusturulmasi

Abstract

Grup teknolojisi ve hücresel imalat tasarimi üç degisik sekilde uygulanmaktadir; parça ailelerinin olusturulmasi, makine hücrelerinin olusturulmasi, parça ailelerinin ve makine hücrelerinin es zamanli olusturulmasi. Bunlari yapabilmek için çesitli algoritma ve teknikler gelistirilmistir. Yapay zeka teknolojileri de diger imalat konularinda oldugu gibi kümelendirme problemlerinde de yaygin sekilde kullanilmaktadir. Bu çalismada da parça aileleri ve makine hücrelerinin es zamanli olarak bulanik mantik yaklasimi ve K-means ele alinacaktir. Çalismanin amaci, bulanik mantik yaklasimi ile yapilan hücre tasariminin K-Means kümelendirmeden ne oranda olumlu veya olumsuz sonuç verdigini görmektir
