Ardisik Kesikli Reaktörde Substrat Konsantrasyonlarinin Yapay Zeka Teknikleri Ile Hesaplanmasi

Abstract

Bu çalisma ardisik kesikli bir reaktör prosesindeki atiksu debisine (Q, m3/saat) bagli olarak degisen Sf degerleri (doldurma fazi sonundaki substrat konsantrasyonu, mg/l) ve zaman (tr, saat) baz alinarak, yapay sinir agi ve sinirsel bulanik mantik yaklasimlari ile olusturulan sistemlerin reaksiyon fazi sonundaki substrat konsantrasyonunu (Se, mg/l) tahminleri amaçlanmistir. Bu sistemlerin uygulanmasindaki amaç, dogru ve kesin çözüme, geleneksel matematiksel metotlara nazaran daha hizli ulasmaktir. Uygulanan bu iki sistemin performanslarini karsilastirmak için bir performans metodu gelistirilmistir. Her iki modelden elde edilen veriler ayri ayri incelenmis ve daha önce matematiksel yöntemle tespit edilmis sonuçlarla karsilastirilarak, sistemlerin hata miktarlari bulunmustur. Yapay sinir agi metodu için hata miktari, test setinde %0,7, egitim setinde %0,02 bulunurken, sinirsel bulanik mantik metodunda hata miktari, test seti için %0,9, egitim seti için %0,03 olmustur. Yapay sinir agi yöntemi daha düsük hata miktari ile daha iyi sonuç vermistir. Fakat aradaki hata miktari farki çok küçük oldugundan her iki yöntemde uygulanabilecek düzeydedir. Elde edilen sonuçlar bize, bu problemin çözümünde geleneksel matematiksel yöntemlerin yerine, bu iki yaklasim ile de (yapay sinir agi ve sinirsel bulanik mantik) dogru ve kesin çözüme ulasilabilecegini açikça göstermistir.
