Abstract

Bu çalismada, titresim analizinde önemli bir yer teskil eden “Makinalarin Genel Titresim Degerlendirme
Standartlari ISO-10816-1 (önceki ISO-2372)” tablosu, bulanik mantik kullanilarak modellenmis ve simülasyonu
gerçeklestirilmistir. Simülasyon sonucunda elde edilen çikis degerleri gerçek tablo degerleriyle karsilastirilmistir.
Böylece, daha kolay ve hizli hata teshisi saglanmistir.

Vibration-Based Machine Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis Using Fuzzy Logic

Abstract

In this study, “the general evaluation standards of machine vibration ISO/10816-1” which has a
significant role in vibration analysis, modeled and simulated has been realized by using fuzzy logic. The predicted
output values were compared with the ISO-10816-1 standard values. Therefore, it was provided to make a fault
diagnosis easier and faster.
