Abstract

Grup teknolojisi ve hücresel imalat tasarimi üç degisik sekilde uygulanmaktadir; parça ailelerinin
olusturulmasi, makine hücrelerinin olusturulmasi, parça ailelerinin ve makine hücrelerinin es zamanli olusturulmasi.
Bunlari yapabilmek için çesitli algoritma ve teknikler gelistirilmistir. Yapay zeka teknolojileri de diger imalat
konularinda oldugu gibi kümelendirme problemlerinde de yaygin sekilde kullanilmaktadir. Bu çalismada da parça
aileleri ve makine hücrelerinin es zamanli olarak bulanik mantik yaklasimi ve K-means ele alinacaktir. Çalismanin
amaci, bulanik mantik yaklasimi ile yapilan hücre tasariminin K-Means kümelendirmeden ne oranda olumlu veya
olumsuz sonuç verdigini görmektir

Machine and Part Cell Formation using Fuzzy and K-Means Clustering Methods

Abstract

X Group technology and cellular manufacturing are applied in three different types; Forming part
families, formöing machine cells, forming part families and machine cells simultaneously. Several methods and
techniques are improved to achieve problems of group technology. Artificial intelligences technologies are
commonly in use in clustering poblems as in other manufacturing issues. In this study, fuzzy logic approach is
studied in design of part families and machine cells simultaneously. The goal of this study is to compare
manufacturing cell desgn which made of fuzzy logic approach with the K-Means method
