Investigation of Industry 4.0 and Its Technologies

Abstract

Sanayileşme ve bilişim yöntemlerindeki hızlı gelişmeler yeni nesil üretim teknolojisinin geliştirilmesinde muazzam ilerlemeler sağlamıştır. Bu ilerlemelerden biri, ilk olarak 2011 yılında Hannover Fuarı sırasında tanıtılan ve Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi'nin başlangıcını simgeleyen Endüstri 4.0’dır. Endüstri 4.0, geleneksel üretimin rekabet gücünü artırmak için mevcut üretim ve tasarım teknolojilerini modern bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileriyle birleştirerek gerçek zamanlı verilere dayalı karar vermeyi sağlayan teknoloji odaklı bir dijital dönüşümdür. Bu dijital dönüşüm süreci, nesnelerin interneti, bulut bilişim, büyük veri analitiği, yapay zekâ ve dijital ikiz gibi Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinin ortaya çıkmasıyla birlikte günümüzün üretim paradigmasını akıllı üretime dönüştürmeye başlamıştır. Böylelikle, süreçlerdeki sorunları tespit etmek, ürünlerin tasarım döngüsünü hızlandırmak, kalite sorunlarının kaynağını belirlemek ve hataları önlemek gibi işletmelere birçok avantajlar sağlamaktadır.
Bu çalışmada, işletmeler için artık bir “gelecek trendi” değil de stratejik gündemlerinin merkezinde yer alması gereken Endüstri 4.0 devriminin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada ilk olarak Endüstri 4.0 açıklanmış, daha sonra Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinden bahsedilmiş ve son olarak Endüstri 4.0 ile ilgili sonuç ve değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir.
