Upon submission to the European Mechanical Science (EMS), an article processing fee (APC) is required to cover costs such as digital printing, typesetting, journal staff, and layout software. This fee is charged regardless of the acceptance or rejection of the article, and it is requested at the time of submission. However, a waiver is granted for authors from countries outside Türkiye, and no payment is required from them. Payments are only accepted from authors affiliated with institutions in Türkiye, in accordance with the criteria set by the Inter-University Council (ÜAK).
