Özofagus'un acil problemleri

Abstract

Özofagus oral kavite ile mideyi birleştiren müsküler bir kanaldır. Özofagus'un seroza tabakasının olmaması nedeni ile girişimsel işlemler açısından farklı bir konumdadır. Bu derlemede yabancı cisim, kostik madde alımı ve perforasyon sonucu gelişen özofagus patolojilerine ek olarak özofagus varis kanamaları gibi acil klinik durumlar da kısaca tartışıldı.

Abstract

The esophagus is a muscular channel connecting the oral cavity to the stomach. The application of interventional procedures to the esophagus is very important because of the lack of a serosal layer. In this review, in addition to other esophageal emergencies such as esophageal foreign bodies, corrosive ingestion and esophageal perforation, esophageal variceal bleeding is also discussed briefly.
