Abstract

The spontaneous drainage or rupture of a pancreatic pseudocyst into the gastrointestinal tract is often associated with hemorrhage. The clinical presentation of such a case is generally severe and if not managed properly, it can be life-threatening. Herein, we report a case with pancreatic pseudocyst, which was spontaneously drained into the stomach during endosonographic evaluation without any signs of bleeding and which resolved completely with endoscopic management

Pankreatik pseudokistin mideye spontan drenajının endosonografik değerlendirme esnasında saptanması

Abstract

Pankreatik psödokistlerin gastrointestinal sisteme spontan drenajı veya rüptürü sıklıkla kanama ile kendini gösterir. Klinik bulgular genellikle ciddi olup eğer uygun şekilde idare edilmezse yaşamı tehdit edici boyutlara ulaşabilir. Burada endosonografik inceleme esnasında, kanama olmaksızın mideye spontan drene olmaya başlayan ve endoskopik tedaviyle rezolüsyonu sağlanan psödokistli olguyu sunuyoruz.
