Population fluctuations of two thrips (Thysanoptera) species and the thrips damage associated with some temperate fruits in Adana province, Turkey In this study, the population fluctuations of two common thrips species, Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) and Thrips major Uzel (Thysanoptera:Thripidae), and the thrips damage associated with temperate fruit crops, plum (Prunus domestica), apple (Malus domestica) and nectarine (Prunus persicae var nectarina) were examined in Adana between 2007-2008.
