Abstract

arasında Amasya, Çorum, Ordu, Samsun, Sinop ve Tokat İlleri ile 2006 yılında Amasya ve Tokat İllerinde farklı vejetasyon ve habitat özelliklerine sahip, 196 lokaliteden toplanan Carpocorini tribusuna ait 2.225 ergin örnek oluşturmaktadır. Örnekler, mayıs-eylül ayları arasında, otsu bitkilerden atrap, ağaç ve çalılardan Japon şemsiyesi yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Örneklerin toplandığı bitkiler tespit edilerek preslenmiştir ve Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi Biyoloji Bölümü öğretim üyesi Prof. Dr. Hamdi Güray Kutbay tarafından teşhis edilmiştir. Örnekler laboratuvarda, % 5’lik asidik asit (CH3COOH) içine alınarak yumuşatılmış, erkek bireylerin genital organları çıkarılmıştır ve tüm örnekler müze tekniğine uygun olarak iğnelenmiştir. Örneklerin teşhis edilmesinde; Tamanini (1959), Stichel (1960, 1961), Awad (2000)’dan faydalanılmıştır. Ayrıca, Trakya Üniversitesi Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi Biyoloji Bölümü Müzesi’nde ve Ege Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Bitki Koruma Bölümü Lodos Entomoloji Müzesi (LEMT)’nde bulunan, teşhis edilmiş örneklerden yararlanılmıştır
