Abstract

Hedera helix L., Reseda lutea L., Humulus lupulus L., Sambucus nigra L., Chenopodium album L., Solanum nigrum L.ve Lolium temulentum L. bitkilerinin methanol ekstraktları patates böceğinin değişik gelişim dönemlerinde laboratuar koşuları altında test edilmiştir. Test edilen tüm bitki ekstraktları dördüncü dönem larva ile ergin dönem hariç diğer tüm dönemlerde çeşitli oranlarda ölümlere neden olmuşlardır. H.lupulus ekstraktı test edilen tüm ekstraktlar içinde 4. dönem larva ve ergin hariç tüm dönemlerde en yüksek etkiyi göstermiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci kısmında, H.lupulus ekstraktı ile patates böceğinin farklı gelişim dönemleri üzerinde doz-etki çalışmaları yürütülmüştür.LC50 değerleri 1. Dönem larva için %66.6, 2. dönem için %41.1 ve 3. dönem için % 28.7 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu sonuçlar, H.lupulus ekstraktının patates böceğinin kontrolünde kullanılabilir olduğunu göstermektedir
