Gebelik Döneminde Mide-Bağırsak Nematodları ile Doğal Enfekte Koyunlarda Parazit Yükünün Takibi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, doğal enfekte koyunlarda mide-bağırsak nematodlarının gebelik dönemindeki yükünün takibi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla Yozgat’ın Boğazlıyan ilçesine bağlı Başhoroz Köyünde özel bir koyunculuk işletmesinde mide-bağırsak nematodları ile doğal enfekte olduğu saptanan 30 koyun araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Eylül 2005-Ocak 2006 tarihleri arasında koç katım zamanı dikkate alınarak gebelik dönemi boyunca ayda bir kez her bir koyundan tekniğine uygun olarak dışkı örnekleri alınmış ve protokol numarası verilerek laboratuara getirilmiştir. Dışkı örneklerinde gram dışkıdaki yumurta sayısı (EPG) belirlenmiş ve daha sonra dışkı kültürü ile 3. dönem larvalar saptanarak teşhisleri yapılmıştır
