Donör İneklerde Mevsimin Embriyo Kalitesi Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada arı poleninin farklı yerleşim sıklığında yetiştirilen Japon bıldırcınlarının performansları üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Toplam 3 günlük yaşta 160 bıldırcın kullanılmıştır. Japon bıldırcınları kafeslere 160 ve 80 cm2/bıldırcın olacak şekilde yerleştirilmiştir. Deneme grupları şöyledir; kontrol grubuna (kontrol) (160 cm2/bıldırcın/kafes) temel diyet, yerleşim sıklığı grubuna (yerleşim sıklığı) (80 cm2/bıldırcın/kafes) temel diyet, arı poleni grubuna (polen) (80 cm2/bıldırcın/kafes) ise arı poleni (1 g/kg temel diyet) katkısı yapılmıştır.
