Abstract
This study aims to determine whether management support has a moderating role in the relationship between psychological contract violation and patient safety in the healthcare sector. The research sample is composed of healthcare workers working in operating rooms in both public and private hospitals operating in Nevşehir. According to the research findings, it was found that there was not a significant relationship between psychological contract violation and patient safety. Moreover, the moderating role of management support in the relationship between psychological contract violation and patient safety has not been found.
