Agricultural machinery workshops are generally among the workplaces with high noise levels. In line with today's conditions, these factories have revealed the necessity of using low-cost and advanced technological products to protect the health of employees in a loud (noisy) environment. It is an important requirement to protect employees from sound levels that negatively affect human health in the agricultural machinery manufacturing sector. In this study, sound measurements were tried to be obtained in a company manufacturing agricultural machinery with the developed acoustic sensor and an Arduino-based system. The study aims to design a low-cost system suitable for automation, an alternative to commercial sound measurement systems, for the measurement of sound data that varies in agricultural machinery factories. The working principle of the sound measurement system is based on evaluating the outputs provided by the acoustic sensor as sound data and analyzing them graphically. The data obtained in the research were measured in the LabVIEW program and the R2 value was determined as 94.7%. Thanks to this system, a warning system can be created in workshops before the sound exceeds 85 dB, which is the harm threshold after long-term exposure. Thanks to this system, sound levels of 55-60 dB, which start to cause discomfort to employees in workshops, 60-65 dB, which causes a significant increase in discomfort, and above 65 dB, which cause behavioral deterioration, can be determined.
