İbadet ve Dua (Çeviri)

Abstract

Din psikolojisi perspektifinden, dinler için merkezî bir öneme sahip olan ibadet ve dua fenomenlerini açıklamayı amaçlayan bu çalışmaya, ilk olarak ibadet fenomeni ile başlanmış ve bunun din içerisindeki anlam ve önemi vurgulanmıştır. Daha sonra ibadet esnasında kullanılan dinî içerikli müzik konusu ele alınmış ve dinlerin kutsal mekanlarında grup olarak yapılan ibadetin sosyal psikolojik etki ve sonuçları üzerinde durulmuştur. Ayrıca, yer yer dinler tarihi ve antropoloji verileri de kullanılan bu çalışmada yine dinsel bir ritüel bağlamında kurban ibadetiyle ilgili uygulamalara da yer verilmiştir. Öte yandan çalışmada ikinci ana konu olarak dua fenomeni ele alınmış ve duaya ilişkin yapılan ampirik araştırma sonuçları verilerek psikolojik analizler yapılmıştır. Bu bağlamda ayrıca konuyla ilgili yapılan araştırmalardan hareketle bazı dua tipolojileri geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra duanın tabiatına ilişkin bazı değerlendirmelere de yer verilen çalışmada sonuç olarak; din psikoloji bağlamında ibadet ve duanın, birey için fonksiyonel birer kullanım alanları olduğu vurgulanmıştır

WORSHİP AND PRAYER

Abstract

in the religion has been emphasized. After that, the religious music that is used in the course of worship and psycho-sociological effects and consequences of communal worship have been examined. In addition to this, the sacrifice practices as religious rituals were evaluated using data derived from history of religions and anthropology. On the other hand, the prayer phenomenon was treated in the study as a second main topic. The results of empirical researchs regarding this phenomenon were given and some psychological analyses were done. On the basis of researchs in question, it was tried to establish typologies of prayer. There are some considerations on the nature of prayer as well. As a conclusion, it was emphasized that in the context of psychology of religion the worship and the prayer are quite functional for the individual.
