Tedarik Zinciri Entegrasyonu ve Bilgi Teknolojileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, tedarik zinciri içindeki işletmeleri entegre etmede kullanılabilecek Bilgi Teknolojileri (BT) incelenmektedir. Bilgi, tedarik zinciri performansını artırmada ve yöneticilerin doğru karar almasında son derece önemlidir. BT, bilgi farkındalığı kazanmak için kullanılan araçlardan oluşmaktadır. BT kullanılması ile tedarik zincirinin entegrasyonu kolaylaşmaktadır. Günümüzde işletmeler rekabet edebilmek ve amaçlarına ulaşabilmek için BT araçlarından yararlanmaktadır. Tedarik zincirinde bilginin analiz edilmesi ve paylaşılması için yaygın olarak kullanılan teknolojiler; Elektronik Veri Değişimi (EDI), İnternet, Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama (ERP), Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi Yazılımı ve Radyo Frekanslı Kimlik Tanımlamadır (RFID). Yöneticiler uygun teknoloji seçimi ve iş ortaklarıyla entegrasyona karar vermek durumundadırlar. Bu teknolojilerin yeterlilikleri arttıkça bu kararlar da her geçen gün daha önemli hale gelmektedir

SUPPLY CHAIN INTEGRATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

In this study, Information Technologies (IT) that can be used to integrate businesses in a supply chain are examined. Information is very important to increase supply chain performance and to help managers make the right decisions. IT are consist of the tools which are used for gaining information awareness. Supply chain integration could be realized easily by using IT. Nowadays, companies benefit from IT tools to compete and reach their goals. Widely used technologies for analysing and sharing information in supply chains are Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Internet, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management Software and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Managers should decide on selecting appropriate technology and integrating with business partners. The more improved the technologies the more these decisions become much more important
