LAZER IŞINLARININ SAKI ELMA ÇEŞİDİNE AİT POLENLERDEKİ BAZI FİZYOLOJİK ÖZELLİKLERE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada farklı doz ve sürelerde uygulanan N-lazer ışınlarının Sakı elma çeşidine( Malus domestica) ait polenlerin canlılığına, çimlenmesine ve polen tüpü uzunluğuna etkisi incelenmiştir. Lazer dozu olarak 2.5, 5 ve 7.5 mW dozları 10 ile 20 dk. süre ile uygulanmıştır. Radyasyon dozu ve uygulama süresinin, polenlerin canlılık ve çimlenme oranları ile polen tüpü uzunluğu üzerine etkisi istatistiki olarak çok önemli (p< 0.01) bulunmuştur En etkili sonuç, 7.5mW’lık lazer ışınlarının 20 dk. süreyle uygulandığı grupta %83.5 polen canlılığı, %86 polen çimlenmesi ve 905 mm polen tüpü uzunluğuyla belirlenmiştir. Lazer dozu, uygulama süresi, polen canlılık oranı, polen çimlenme oranı ve polen tüpü uzunlukları arasında istatistiki olarak önemli korelasyon değerleri (en az, r = .625) bulunmuştur.
