SU ARITMA TEKNOLOJİSİNDEKİ KOLLOİDLERİN KARARLILIK ESASLARI

Abstract

Kolloidler, 10 Ao ile 1000 Ao arasında olan ve görülebilir büyüklük ile moleküler büyüklük arasında yer alan taneciklerdir. Kolloidal çözelti ile geçici süspansiyon ve kolloidal çözelti ile çözelti arasındaki sınır belirlenemez. Kolloidal çözeltiler iç ve dış fazlar arasındaki ilişkiye bağlı olarak iki genel gruba ayrılır. Bunlar liyofobik kolloidler ve liyofilik kolloidlerdir. Kolloidal çözeltiler, koruyucu madde ilavesi, elektrik yükü kazanması, Brownian hareketi ile kararlı yapılır.
