PRENATAL VE POSTNATAL DÖNEMLERDE BILDIRCIN (Coturnix coturnix japonica) ÜROPİGİAL BEZİ’NİN HİSTOLOJİK GELİŞİMİ ve HİSTOKİMYASAL YAPISI

Abstract

Bu çalışma inkübasyon (inkübasyonun 10. gününden itibaren sonuna kadar inkübasyonun 11, 14 ve 16. günleri hariç her gün) ve inkübasyon sonrası dönemlerdeki (1 haftalık ve erişkin) bıldırcın (Coturnix coturnix japonica) üropigial bezinin histolojik gelişimi ve histokimyasal özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Uygulanan PAS yöntemiyle üropigal bezin inkübasyon süresince reaksiyon göstermediği, inkübasyon sonrası dönemde ise erişkin bıldırcınların 1 haftalık bıldırcınlara göre üropigial bezin yağ ve glikojen bölgesinde bu yönteme karşı daha kuvvetli reaksiyon gösterdiği belirlendi. AB pH 1.0 ve AB pH 0,5 yöntemlerine karşı inkübasyon süresince epitel hücreleri negatif reaksiyon, epitel doku ile mezenkimal bağ doku sınırında pozitif reaksiyon gözlendi. Fakat inkübasyon sonrası dönemlerde bu yöntemlere karşı reaksiyon gözlenmedi. Genel olarak çalışılan dönemlerde asidik glukokonjugatların baskın olduğu tespit edildi.
