SU ARITMA TEKNOLOJİSİNDE YER ALAN YUMAKLAŞTIRMA İŞLEMİNİN TEKNOLOJİK ESASLARI

Abstract

Kolloidal büyüklük için kesin sınır yoktur. Buna rağmen, kolloidler optik mikroskopta görülebilir büyüklük ile moleküler büyüklük arasında yer alan taneciklerdir. Kolloidal tanecikler yaklaşık 10 Ao ile 1000 Ao arasındadır. Su arıtmada önemli bir rol oynayan yumaklaştırma, kolloid kararlılığı ve kararsızlığının elverişli kontrolü için anlaşılması gereken iki teori ile açıklanabilir. Yumaklaştırma, katı sıvı ayırma işlemlerinin önemli bir kısmı olarak belediye su arıtma tesislerinin büyük bir kısmında uygulanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, yumaklaştırma işlemine ait teknolojik esaslar detaylı olarak açıklanmıştır.
