DIŞ UZMANLARIN KATILIMIYLA GERÇEKLEŞTİRİLEN DERS İMECESİNDE KATILIMCILARIN MATERYAL KULLANIMI İLE İLGİLİ PAYLAŞIMLARI

Abstract

Bu araştırma akademisyen,
öğretmen ve öğretmen adayı katılımıyla gerçekleştirilen ders imecesi sürecinde
katılımcıların derste materyal kullanımına ilişkin ne tür paylaşımlarda
bulunduklarını ve dış uzmanların süreç içerisindeki rollerini okuyucuya
yansıtmaktadır. Çalışma, 2013-2014 bahar yarıyılında Erzincan Eğitim Fakültesi,
İlköğretim Matematik Öğretmenliğinde yürütülen ‘Öğretmenlik Uygulaması’ dersi
kapsamında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya matematik eğitimi alanında çalışan
bir akademisyen, öğretmenlik uygulaması dersinde birlikte çalıştıkları bir
uygulama öğretmeni ve gönüllülük esasına göre seçilen üç öğretmen adayı
katılmıştır. Katılımcılar altı hafta süresince üç ders imecesi döngüsü
gerçekleştirmişlerdir. Araştırmanın verileri, ders imecesi süresince
katılımcıların gerçekleştirdikleri toplantılara ait 300 dakikalık video
kayıtlarından ve araştırmacı tarafından tutulan alan notlarından elde
edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulardan hareketle katılımcıların
derste kullanılacak olan materyallerin belirlenmesi ve bu materyallerin
kullanımı süreci gibi konularda paylaşımlarda bulundukları ve bu süreç
içerisinde akademisyen bilgi veren ve eleştiren rolünü üstlenirken; öğretmen
daha çok danışan konumunda olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
