KURUMSAL DEMOKRASİ ALGISININ ETİK DEĞERLERE YATKINLIK ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ: SAĞLIK ÇALIŞANLARINA YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Year 2021, Volume: 17 Issue: 1, 33 - 48, 28.05.2021

Abstract

Çalışma kurumsal demokrasi algısının etik değerlere yatkınlık üzerine olan etkisini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Kurumsal demokrasi algısı, kurum içerisinde çalışanların kendilerini ilgilendiren kararlara katılımı, yönetimin adil tutumu, kişisel haklara saygı, şeffaflık gibi etkenleri ifade eder. Araştırma kapsamında kurumsal demokrasi algısı, kişisel değerlere saygı, demokratik tutum, demokratik yönetim, demokratik davranış ve otorite algısıyla ölçülmüştür. Etik değerlere yatkınlık, ahlaki kararlar alırken davranışların sonuç ve nihai değerleri açısından anlamlılığını belirleyen kalıpları içerir. Çalışmada etik değerlere yatkınlık sevgi/saygı, adalet/dürüstlük ve işbirliği boyutlarıyla irdelenmiştir. Sağlık çalışanları üzerinde yapılan araştırmanın sonucunda kişisel değerlere saygı ve otorite algısı boyutlarının etik değerlere yatkınlık üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı etkileri olduğu saptanmıştır.
